Sivan Mandel

I Am a passionate and dedicated person. Artist at soul, and a person with a practical nature in real. Started my journey in communication design faculty a decade ago, and from there continued to instructional design studies.

 

Along the way I had experienced a variety of skills - I had  a  very good experience in writing code (mostly front-end development and some C#), but chose a different direction.  I experienced such an amazing super-creative period while I was studying design. I was inventing, crafting, painting, researching, photographing and  so much more, felt like out of the usual ordinary everyday world. But that period came to an end eventually. Later, when I started to search for real project to work on - I created some websites and animations for some small clients, and later started to create lots of learning products for employees, for various large companies.

Now days I work at Compedia, where I started as a content producer, as part of a team which developed an AR (Augmented reality) learning application. In the past year I had a great  experience as I got my first role as a manager. This was a whole different type of experience for me, while I tested my communication and social skills in a whole new level. (Always wondered what it will be like). As a manager I really enjoy the responsibility, and finally can implement my intuitive need for maximizing efficiency in the team workflow process.
